Refund & Transfer Instructions

If you purchased ACTIVE REFUND when you registered
you receive a refund if you are unwilling or unable to
attend this event for any reason. Simply submit a
refund request 48 hours prior to the start of the
activity date. Go to refund.active.com and log into your account at active.com. Please understand that this insurance protection is offered by active.com not by Cittytri. Please do not assume you can send us an email requesting a refund. We will refer you to this page so you will follow the instructions. You receive the same instructions upon purchasing insurance protection. You log into your account at active and submit the refund request.

TRANSFERS

If you DID NOT purchase ACTIVE REFUND when you registered
you can transfer out to another event. The fee to transfer is $25 plus any difference in price. Deadline to transfer out is 4 weeks prior to the event. However, for some events the deadline to transfer can be 48 hours. Simply log into your account of find the event in the link below.

– to transfer out to a different event date click on “Change event”

-to purchase the option to have your bib and shirt or award mail to you click “Purchase merchandise”

– to edit your registration and complete questions, change of address, change t-shirt sizes, change or request another wave start click on “Edit registration”.

– to change distances in the same event click on “Change categories”
