Inaugural Randalls Island 5K & 10K  Bring it! The run has beautiful views of Manhattan.  Enjoy the sea breeze!

Hours: 8:00 am to 8:45 am

New start time:  9 A.M.

Overall Top three awards to male and female winners.  Age Group plaques to top 3 male and female 14-19 to 65 & up.

Fresh baked bagels and spreads, Fruits!  We will go to Ruby’s Bar & Grill after the awards ceremony.  Join us !

COURSE MAP

The course consist of A 5K loop.  Runners doing the 10K will complete the loop twice.

WATER STATIONS

There will be sports drink and gels along with sports drinks at the water stations.   In addition,  cut oranges and bananas will be available also.   Porta Potties will be on site.
