- Triathlon: .25 mile swim/12.5 mile bike/2 mile run
- Duathlon: 2 mile run/ 12.5 mile bike/ 2 mile run
- Aquabike: .25 mile swim/12.5 mile bike
A great swim for newbies and short distance specialists in deep water off a clean beach. The swim provides the swimmer with a number of views that help them sight and know where they are, large bridges on both sides and the famous Tuckahoe Inn Restaurant. The bike and run will provide the athletes with a flat fast course through old neighborhoods.
