Due to a conflict with Ocean City’s plans for the ten year anniversary of 9.11.they are unable to support the location where we planned to hold the OC Tri this year.  We have moved the venue to Bellplain State Forest, approximately 15 minutes southwest of  Ocean City.  We’re sorry about the change but after days of trying to find another alternative this is the best option that we have.  We have received the final approvals for the new venue and look forward to holding a great event.  We believe that a multi-sport event is an honorable way to show respect for the meaning that September 11^th has for all of us.  We will follow through with our pre and post event activities planned as part of September 11^th and thank you for your understanding.  Please check our website in the next days for updated information on the run course and pre-race pick up times.  We’re here to make this a great experience for you and everyone involved and can help work something out.

1.       Leave Bellplain State Forest
2.       Turn Right onto County Hwy 550,
3.       Continue onto Webster Street/City Rd. 638
4.       Bear Right continue onto Fidler / Rt. 660
5.       Turn Left onto Petersburg Rd.
6.       Turn left onto Academy Rd.
7.       Continue onto Route 660
8.       Continue onto City Rd. 638  and follow same route back to Belleplain.

Please note that there will be 5 police troopers directing traffic during the bike course.  The course is not closed to traffic.

Directions:  The forest can be reached via the Garden State Parkway by taking exit 17 southbound (exit 17) to Routes 9 and 550 or exit 13 northbound. Highway signs are provided to guide the motorist to the forest.
