RACE NEW START TIME FOR MOTHER’S DAY DUATHLON ON 5.13.12 IS AT 7.30 AM NOT 8.30 AM
RUN and bike the 3.35 mile loop going up gradual inclines, around long curves, and on fast flats allowing you to be strategic in the use of your strengths. Then hang out with a great crowd and amazing oatmeal during the awards ceremony. SIGN UP NOW OR FOREVER HOLD YOUR BIKE!!

MODIFIED INT’L DIST. 6.5 MILE COURSE
MODIFIED SPRINT DIST. 2 MILE COURSE
Bicycle Course:
Mini-sprint will do 3 loops, Classic will do 4 loops and International will do 8 loops. There will be a timing mat on the bike course to keep track of the number of laps completed. Splits per lap will not be listed.
